We provide you a direct account executive who is only assigned to your account to eliminate the inefficiencies of traditional temporary staffing. We are a private boutique and can afford to provide this level of service. Our industry network and contacts allow us to find the very best talent, while our account management is tailor-made to solve your hospitality challenges.

We verify that all BRICK freelancers have at least one year of relevant experience in the shifts they’re qualified for and confirm their qualifications during onboarding/orientation. They also receive ratings that affect whether they are called back or not. We also validate each freelancer’s food and alcohol handling certifications (as needed for various shift types).

We charge you a standard 50% - 52% (Speed of fill impacts your percentage) mark-up on top of the freelancer’s hourly pay and give you the flexibility to set your own rates. (We advocate for livable wages, and will recommend rates based on demand and seasonality to help ensure your shifts are filled with the best talent.) This markup is due to having these freelancers on call, vetted, and readily available.

Any freelancer you’ve rated 5-stars will be offered first pick at future shifts with your business. Our account executives will build your custom roster of preferred freelancers by rating them with five stars.

When you (inevitably) find someone, you’d like to hire full time, you can do so at a flat finder's fee of $500. If you want to hire the freelancer after the first shift, then we will provide a 40% discount on the "Finder's Fee" which results into a $200 discount. We will provide that discount on the fee for you to hire on the first day only, the next day will be $500 to hire. Invoice must be paid before a freelancer is cleared/approved for hire as we're their current employer on record.
